Fauquier-Strickland

Bring your camping equipment and fishing gear as you head to Fauquier-Strickland area. We have wilderness sites to set up camp with great hunting nearby as well. James Bay Frontier travelers who like to canoe will want to experience the challenging and scenic Groundhog River route from Foleyet to Fauquier and/or Fauquier to Moosonee. For the less hardy adventurer, we also have a wonderful day long excursion that takes the kayaker or canoeist along an enchanting river route which include two mild sets of rapids and a beautiful waterfall.
